Brewing since August 2011, London Fields Brewery makes beer for locals and beer lovers around the country. Given that they are relatively small scale compared to the mass producing beer makers, they can spend time experimenting and developing new beers quite easily. I tried a lovely beer that no one outside the brewery had tasted yet.
When I arrived they were cleaning out a large container known as a Mash Tun. They had just finished making a beer in it and had started the process of cleaning to start another beer.
